WallPrompt Privacy Policy

Effective and Last Updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WallPrompt (“WallPrompt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes information when you use the WallPrompt Android application and its related services.

For privacy questions or requests, contact stu.ams.dios@gmail.com .

1. Information We Process

1.1 Account Information

If you create a WallPrompt account, Firebase Authentication processes:

WallPrompt does not receive or store your plaintext password.

1.2 AI Requests and Generated Images

AI generation requires a signed-in, non-anonymous account and a valid app-verification token. When you use AI generation or prompt enhancement, we may process:

Your request is sent through Firebase Cloud Functions to OpenAI for prompt enhancement and image generation.

1.3 Temporary Cloud Delivery

A generated image is temporarily placed in Firebase Storage so the WallPrompt app can securely download it to your device.

After the image is successfully downloaded, the App requests deletion of the managed remote copy. As a fallback, temporary generated-image objects become eligible for automated deletion after they are one day old. Cloud lifecycle deletion may not occur at the exact moment the file becomes eligible.

1.4 Local Generated-Image Storage

Generated images, associated prompts, creation dates, and local history records are stored in WallPrompt’s private application storage on your device. These records are separated by account.

Generated images are not intended to remain in a permanent cloud gallery and are not automatically synchronized across your devices. Older versions of WallPrompt may have created cloud history records. The current App attempts to download eligible legacy images to the device and delete their managed remote copies.

1.5 Reports and Moderation Information

When you report an image or other content, we may collect:

Reports are not publicly readable. They are used for moderation, investigation, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, and legal compliance.

Some reports concerning publicly available catalog content may be submitted without signing in. These reports may use a randomly generated per-install identifier to deter spam and abusive reporting.

1.6 Analytics and Technical Information

Google Analytics for Firebase may automatically process information such as:

WallPrompt does not currently use Firebase Crashlytics as part of the reviewed App version.

1.7 Advertising Information

WallPrompt uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertisements. AdMob may use Unity and other configured providers through mediation.

Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, and the selected advertising provider, advertising services may process:

WallPrompt does not directly sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and your consent or device settings.

1.8 Subscription and Purchase Information

Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Google processes your payment method and transaction.

WallPrompt may receive:

WallPrompt does not receive your complete payment-card details.

1.9 App Verification and Security Information

Firebase App Check may process device and application integrity signals to confirm that requests come from a genuine installation and to prevent unauthorized access or abuse.

Firebase, OpenAI, Google, Unity, and hosting infrastructure may also process IP addresses, request timestamps, and routine server logs when your device communicates with their services.

1.10 Information Stored Locally

WallPrompt may store the following information on your device:

Images you explicitly download may be saved in your device’s media library or another location you select.

Depending on your Android and device-manufacturer backup settings, eligible App data may be backed up or transferred through services connected to your device account.
